If you have a complaint please call or write/email us and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have with our product or service.
In the unlikely event you are not able to resolve your complaint directly with us, consumer regulators advise that you may contact the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes. From February 2016 they can be reached at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.
When trying on shoes for size please ensure they are worn on a carpet or non marking floor. We will not replace shoes or items of dancewear that have been danced in or used, tights will not be exchanged or refunded if removed from their original packaging. Tights can only be returned only if they are in their original un-opened packaging. Please check the size guide on the reverse of the packaging to ensure fit before removing.
We recommend you keep all packaging until you are certain you intend to keep the goods.
Please complete the returns form when returning goods to us, exchanges or refunds will not be processed unless accompanied by a completed claims form. Please obtain proof of posting. For help completing the returns form call 01707 881199 Mon-Sat 9.00am – 5.00pm.
The postage costs to return unwanted items will be paid for by the customer. Postage costs to return exchanged items back to the customer must be paid by the customer. Postage rates will be as our standard postage rates. Please note carriage costs will only be refunded if we miss pick your order.
Unwanted items must be returned unworn in original, un-spoilt packaging.
